A stolen car from Salina was recovered in Harvey County following a chase on Friday.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that a suspect was captured by authorities in Harvey County after crashing the stolen 2012 Ford Fusion into a creek.
Police say the car was stolen after the owner left the vehicle running on Friday morning at the Kwik Shop at 657 Fairdale around 8:15am.
The Harvey County Sheriff's Department reports the vehicle which is valued at $15,000 was submerged in water after the chase ended.
