The I-135 / I-70 Drug Task Force assisted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in a drug bust in Smolan on Friday.
Task Force Commander Bill Cox tells KSAL News that the Kansas Highway Patrol surrounded a house located at 215 S. Main in Smolan at about 7am Friday morning.
Moments later agents made three drug and weapons related arrests.
Police arrested 39-year-old Jason P. Briscoe, Jaime L Hulsey,38 and Katessia A. Kuehn, 36 on multiple drug charges.
Lt. Cox says officers seized illegal narcotics and weapons from inside the home and more arrests are expected in the case.
