With unanimous consent, the Saline County Commission adopted a resolution creating an Advisory Council for the Saline County Health Department.
They also approved a set of by-laws governing the Council that stipulate “all actions taken or addressed by this Advisory Council are advisory in nature and subject to the final approval of the Saline County Board of County Commissioners.” The County Commission will continue to serve as the County’s Board of Health.
