A Salina man is in police custody after he was caught trespassing on another man's property.
Earnest Alfred Skillern Jr., 50, was hiding in the pipes in a house on the 200 block of South 9th St. when police removed him from the premises.
Skillern is being charged with burglary, two counts of possession of a stimulant, and one count of a depressant.
