A Salina teen who police say was driving recklessly when he was responsible for causing a four-vehicle crash back in August that killed a woman was in court Wednesday afternoon. 18-year-old Hunter Burns appeared with his attorney in front of Judge Rene Young. The Judge granted a request for a preliminary hearing in the case, which was scheduled for January 13th, to be delayed until February 10th. The request was made by the defense, who said that they had not had time to properly prepare yet partially because Burns has been being held in jail in Beloit.
