That Jolly Old Elf will be landing at the Salina Regional Airport Saturday for a special event. Young and old alike can explore all things aviation at Candy Canes and Airplanes, and welcome Santa to Salina.
There will be plenty of activities for the entire family, hosted by Kansas State Polytechnic student clubs, including:
Make your own ornament
Build a Popsicle stick airplane
Cookie decorating
Construct candy airplanes
Hot shot basketball
Runway gingerbread decorating
Origami
Candy cane reindeer ornaments
K-State, military, and civilian aircraft will be on display as well.
