A Salina man was arrested with a stolen gun outside Tony's Pizza on Saturday night.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that staff at Tony's, 3019 Scanlan contacted authorities when they learned that their employee, 20-year-old Jackson Goth was allegedly inside the facility with a handgun.
Company policy does not allow weapons inside the facility.
Police arrived and were looking inside the building when they discovered he was in the parking lot.
A search revealed Goth had a snub nose .38 caliber revolver that was reported stolen from McPherson County in April of 2014.
Officers also found him in possession of personal use meth.
