Students at Kansas Wesleyan University had a unique opportunity Friday afternoon to discuss civics with what was described as a "distinguished panel of Kansans" that included two former Kansas Governors, two sitting Kansas Supreme Court Justices, and a retired Kansas Supreme Court Justice.
