A Saline County woman was uninjured after lightning struck her house early Tuesday morning.
The Saline County Sheriff's Office says Selicia Lorenson called for help just before 5:30am Tuesday after a lightning strike ignited her house on fire.
Crews from Fire District #2 were assisted by Fire District #6 at the home located at 5337 S. Ohio.
Deputies say the fire damaged the attic and a utility room.
Estimates on amount of damage were still being assessed this morning.
