Salina Firefighters are deploying a boot brigade this weekend, in an effort to collect money to extinguish childhood diseases. Firefighters will be out at several busy intersections in Salina, trying to fill their boots with donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Firefighter Chris Rios tells KSAL News that they out collecting for MDA on Friday from 4 till 7 at the intersections of Crawford and Ohio and Crawford and Broadway. They will be out Saturday from 11 till 3 at the same locations, as well as at Magnolia and Belmont. They will then be out again a final time on Sunday ...
