Police are investigating two separate cases of scooters being stolen. According to Captain Chris Trocheck, a Bronc Rally moped was stolen while the owner was inside the Rendezvous Bar, 249 N. Santa Fe from midnight to 1:30am on Wednesday. The 2016 scooter, valued at $900 has Kansas 60-day tag B231316.
A 2003 Honda moped was reported stolen from a driveway in the 400 block of Montrose. The owner told police the keys were not in the ignition. The black with red trim scooter which is valued at $1,000 was stolen sometime between August 3rd and August 11th.
