A man accused of firing a gun at another man in the Salina Lowe's parking lot has been taken into custody.
Police arrested 22-year-old Justice J. Kennedy on Wednesday.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that an officer on patrol spotted Kennedy sitting on the front porch of a home in the 600 block of S. Santa Fe and recognized him from briefings on the investigation.
Police had been looking for him since August 4th, when witnesses told officers he fired multiple shots at a car driven by 21-year-old Kwentin Gunter.
