Crews at the Lakewood Discovery Center are preparing for a fishing event that continues to grow.
"We add catfish every month from May to September," said Brian Underwood Supervisor of Natural Resources at Lakewood.
"We also add a extra stocking at the end of May so there is plenty to catch and plenty to haul in."
Underwood and Sgt. Brent Rupert with the Salina Police Department joined in on the KSAL Morning News with a look at "Fishing With a Cop," coming up on June 4th.
