Salina Man Hurt In Semi Crash With Tractor

A Salina man was hurt in a crash involving a semi and a tractor Tuesday afternoon. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 52-year-old Jon Ramsey of Salina was driving a Freightliner semi headed south on Brookville Road. He attempted to go around a John Deere Tractor driven by 72-year-old Raymond Brady of Brookville that was slowing to make a left hand turn into a private drive. The semi collided with the tractor, and rolled onto its side into a ditch. Ramsey was hurt, and was transported by EMS to the hospital in Salina. Brady was not injured.
