Teams of people are now in motion, preparing for air service from Salina to Denver after the Transportation Security Administration announced its return to Salina's airport earlier this week.
"Boarding call will be coming soon for the first flights to Denver International Airport on Great Lakes Airlines," said Tim Rogers Executive Director of the Salina Airport Authority.
Rogers joined in the KSAL Morning News Thursday with a look at the communications and elbow grease it took to convince the agency to set up shop again to screen passengers.
