A Salina man was arrested after an officer on patrol allegedly witnessed him damaging a stucco wall in the Elmore Center.
Police say that 47-year-old Scott Smalley was ramming a Salina Journal news stand and U.S. Postal box into a wall with his hands at 645 E. Crawford just after 11pm on Thursday night.
Damage to the wall is estimated at $1,000.
