A rural Saline County man is scraped up after he allegedly turned his ATV in front of an oncoming car.
Saline County Sheriff's Deputies were called to 2900 W. Plesant Hill on Sunday evening around 8pm after 55-year-old James Loy suffered minor injuries in a car - ATV crash.
Deputies say Loy did not realize a 2000 Toyota Camry, driven by 19-year-old Breanna Flores, was behind him when he turned left to enter a driveway on the dirt road.
The car struck the back left tire of the ATV.
No damage was reported to either vehicle and no citations were issued.
