Police are looking for a thief who stole a couple of large rubber mats that are used as part of a Salina carriage ride.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney says that two 4 foot by 6 foot rubber mats were stolen from along the curb-line in the 100 Block of West Walnut on March 9th between 6:30 and 6:45 in the evening.
A man in a white pickup truck pulled up, got out, threw the mats in back, and drove off. He is described as a white male between the age of 35 - 40, wearing a red flannel shirt and work boots.
