Police are looking for two people who are accused of a beating and theft early Wednesday morning.
Police Captain Mike Sweeney says that two men showed up at a home at 719 N. 7th Street at 12:19 Wednesday morning.
Allegedly, the men forced 36-year-old Jose Julia outside. They beat and kicked him until he was unconscious.
The two men are also accused of stealing a Tommy Hilfiger purse from inside the house.
Sweeney says that the victim recognized one of the suspects, but not the other.
